Reporters Without Borders (RWB) joins the Association for Progressive Communications (APC) and more than 215  other organizations in calling for the adoption of the “International Principles on the Application of Human  Rights to Communications Surveillance,” which were developed by Access, Electronic Frontier Foundation and Privacy International in consultation with a group of international experts.
